Dispatch

 

All my products are all handmade to order, orders are completed in the order they are received. Please allow 7 working days for dispatch. 

 

Products that are in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days.

 

Should there be any significant delay in dispatch I will contact you via email.

 

Delivery Costs

 

To keep delivery costs to a minimum, orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class post.

 

Postage costs are calculated per order. For orders over £40.00 postage will be free (To UK mainland only).

 

 At present, I do not ship outside of the UK 

 

Returns

 

In the event you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please email me within 7 days to arrange a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return delivery costs. The item must not be damaged and must be in its original packaging. Violet and Iris cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst being returned. Your refund/exchange will be processed once the item has been received by Violet and Iris.

Unfortunately, some items can not be cancelled or refunded :

• Any items that have been made to specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can not be resold due to a bespoke element.

Goods Damaged On Arrival/Lost in Post

 

Every care will be taken to package your item in the safest possible way. If it reaches you damaged, please email me and include a photo of the damaged item. Where appropriate I will arrange a refund/replacement.

Items lost in transit will be dealt with in accordance with the Royal Mail lost items process.

Product Colour and Design

I aim to give the most accurate description possible of all my products. Please bear in mind that image colour may vary across screens.

​

All product sizes are approximate.

​

All products are individually handmade to order, therefore the final product may vary slightly from the image listed. Fabric pattern positioning may also vary.

​

Where my products can be personalised and customers can request wording of choice, I will not proceed with an order if I feel the wording is inappropriate or offensive in someway.
